9. First Reading of Ordinance 260 - An Ordinance of The Town of Empire, Colorado Authorizing the First Amendment to The Lease Agreement Between Pursuant the Town of Empire and Guanella Pass Brewing Company in Accordance with To C.R.S. § 31-15-713.

10. First Amendment to the 2020 Lease Agreement with Guanella Pass Brewing Company.
